Pilates By Janessa was founded by Janessa Clark after years of educating Pilates enthusiasts as a freelancer. Janessa has been a certified Pilates instructor since 2005 offering innovative private and group Pilates classes for the general public, dancers, yogis, athletes and seniors. Pilates by Janessa sessions are offered in a variety of levels so that anyone looking to experience the benefits of the Pilates Method may do so without worry or anxiety.
Pilates By Janessa is currently based in Stockholm and supports a global and mobile community of expats, locals, business professionals, dancers and special populations. Classes range from absolute beginners to advanced levels and utilize a variety of props. Private and group sessions available. Warm welcome!
