Skillsbord is an applicant tracking system that uses AI and Boolean algorithms to provide a Realistic Job Preview (RJP). RJP provides an accurate representation of an employer and the role they are hiring for, offering assessment tests, testimonial videos, quizzes, surveys, and other related materials to give job applicants a better understanding of the job. This helps ensure that the best candidates are chosen for the job. Furthermore, applicants who do not meet the job criteria are given feedback on how they can develop their skills and experiences to better suit the role. By combining RJP with Boolean algorithms, Skillsbord is improving the recruiting experience for both employers and job seekers. Our aim is to create a more accessible recruitment process by providing comprehensive training materials to identify, recruit, and develop the ideal new hires.
